Take action with L.U.K.E. to impact change!

We are allies focused acts of solidarity and kindness to show support and make change. We do not endorse active protests or rallies at mass or school.

Want to make a difference? Here are some ways we recommend getting involved:

  • Send letters to the decision makers who have the power to change contracts and policies using one of our templates HERE and HERE:

  • Show your support. Show everyone you support LUKE and Ms. Pala by buying merch (and wearing it). 100% of profits from merchandise sales will go directly to Ms. Pala to offset the legal fees she is incurring to appeal Fr. Brad’s decision. Get yours HERE!

  • Share on social. Post this website and our statement on your personal social channels using #LUKEforchange. Download or screenshot L.U.K.E. graphics for imagery from the Press Room section of our site. We ask that you please don’t share photos of individuals involved in the issue without their permission and to please keep the focus of the text KIND and on the positive changes we’re advocating for vs. shaming individuals.

  • Sign our change.org petition HERE. Note the monetary donations go to change.org directly and are used to get visibility for the campaign - They do not go to LU.K.E. - We are working on a unified fundraising efforts and will share more on this soon.

  • Sign our L.U.K.E.  Community Support Form to receive emails and to offer support. We will be sending out updates from info@lukeforchange.com. Make sure it’s added to your contact list so the emails don’t go to spam!

  • Currently enrolled at St. Luke? Consider wearing a pride pin on your uniform each day and wearing rainbow or tie die on free dress days. More information on L.U.K.E. merchandise coming soon.
